How are employees involved in Succession Planning?

Not often, if at all.  What succession planning data do you have?  The usual - name, location, potential and so on?  But can you answer the following questions: 

• Which High Potentials will have an increasing flight risk over time?
• Who is currently a successor for more than one person, has no successor themselves and has a low engagement score?
• Which succession plans are unlikely to be able to respond in time?
• Who has the skills we need to be a 'caretaker' that we don't know about?
